The Dragon Energy NASCAR Cup series heads to Kansas Speedway on Saturday night for a race under the lights.
It’s a brief week for its circuit, as the Dover race was conducted on Monday instead of Sunday because of weather delays.
Normally, the Cup Series runs on Sundays nevertheless traditionally, NASCAR averts racing on family vacations hence Saturday’s night race is a day early in observance of Mother’s Day.
Martin Truex Jr. will seem to earn his third win of the season after taking the checkered flag in the Monster Mile before this week. Truex has two career wins at Kansas, but isn’t the favorite. That honour again goes to his teammate at Joe Gibbs Racing, Kyle Busch, who has only one win in the track. Busch did finish in Kansas second.
Following is a look at the way the field piles up for Saturday with odds courtesy of Westgate Superbook.
